It was soon apparent that a lot of organisations were being hamstrung by their reliance on outdated Excel spreadsheets, which were often complex and poorly maintained.

How do you price your projects?

There are two elements to our pricing structure: a fixed-price initial development cost, and an on-going monthly fee for support, maintenance, updates and hosting.


Having been in the industry for over a decade, we're confident in our ability to estimate the complexity of a project. This is why we can offer a fixed-price for development, giving you peace-of-mind in the rare case of project overruns.


Typically we offer three different tiers of our SLA, which provide varying levels of response time, backup retention, email/phone support and dev credits for additional tweaks/changes.

Can we make changes or new features?

The beauty of bespoke software is that we can build exactly what you want, the way you want it. However, we know that sometimes it's hard to know what you want until you can see it in front of you.


To help mitigate these unexpected changes which are an inevitable part of the software development lifecycle, we offer dev credits that are included in the monthly fee. These entitle you to a certain number of development hours per month that can be used to implement tweaks, changes, or additional features.


Dev credits can be accumulated over the course of the year and then used to significantly discount new projects, if desired. This helps reduce friction when developing new software, as approving new features and consuming credits is as simple as clicking a button on our customer portal.

How do you keep my data secure?

With the introduction of GDPR legislation, the focus on data protection and security is greater than ever, and we take this extremely seriously. We are a Cyber Essentials certified organisation, registered with the ICO (ZA519853).


We host with Microsoft Azure in their ISO 27001 and ISO 27018 certified UK data centres, which also meet PCI DSS and SOC 2 standards. This ensures that your data is managed according to the highest standards of security and privacy, fully compliant with GDPR and industry best practices.

It also outlines the various cybersecurity countermeasures we have in place to deter and mitigate internal and external threats, both accidental and malicious.

Absolutely. Our consultants are not only programmers, but are also experienced at analysing business processes and identifying areas that can benefit from the clever application of technology.


Once this analysis is ready, they can work with you to help create your specification, which you are free to take to other software developers if you so wish.

Can you host web applications internally?

Of course. By default, we offer to host your web application on our Azure platform, however we are more than happy to provide you or your IT provider with the published application files and database, in order for you to host internally on a compatible platform.


We are happy to assist you and your team to perform this migration, if required, at our hourly consulting rate.
