We developed a web-based database that could extract data directly from EFACS and generate a graphical sales funnel for our client. The funnel offered a visual representation of the sales pipeline, with the ability to drill down and view specific project details by clicking on a segment. This allowed the team to track progress and identify bottlenecks at each stage of the sales process, such as requests for quotes, proposals sent, received POs, design, production, invoicing, and completion. Overall, the system provided greater visibility and control over the sales process, improving our client's overall efficiency.
